About Us
Torrey Farms Inc. is a family-owned farm located in Elba, NY. Originating from England in 1626, the Torrey family has been deeply rooted in farming since 1803. The current headquarters were established in Elba by Elbert Torrey in 1948, and have since grown to span over 13,000 acres.
Today, we are proud to operate packing sheds year-round, producing cabbage, cucumbers, summer and winter squash, pumpkins, potatoes, green beans, and onions. Our commitment to the environment is demonstrated through integrated pest management and precise soil nutrition management, aided by modern GPS technology.
